Samuel Pepys (1659-1667)

British author Samuel Pepys was undoubtedly one of the most famous diarists ever. Although his journals are well-known public historical documents, I've heard they contain some material that may be considered inappropriate for minors - I'm not quite sure what it is, as I haven't read the unabridged Pepys diaries yet. Therefore, if you are a minor, or if you may find that sort of material offensive in any way, please refrain from clicking on the link below. Thanks! Otherwise, explore his literary legacy here or in an abridged, more digestible form, here.
